The Product Portfolio (Projects & Jira Dashboards)

The Product Portfolio brings together all the Jira Projects and Dashboards, loaded on your Flow Analytics Pro instance.
A Project or Dashboard is named “Product” in a Flow Analytics Pro instance.
Each Jira Project & Dashboard loaded on the Flow Analytics Pro instance is represented by a Label containing the following information.
Product management menu:
Open a Product
Remove the Product from the Flow Analytics Pro instance
Product type identification icon (Project; Dashboard)
Product Name
Percentage of Product Backlog tickets completed
Number of Product Backlog tickets to be processed (To Do)
Number of Product Backlog tickets in progress (Work In Progress)
Number of Product Backlog Completed tickets (Done)
Product status information bar:
Blank: Loading data in progress / Calculation of indicators in progress
Red: Error detected while loading data
Yellow: The product is awaiting configuration, in order to allow the calculation of Flow Metrics
Green: Working product
You also have the option to search for a Label within the Wallet:
By entering the first characters of the Product name;
By filtering on the type of Product (Project, Dashboards).
