Manage Rights and Access to your Wiveez Instance
The Wiveez SaaS (Cloud) and Wiveez On Premise (Business Server) version allows you to manage the rights and access of your employees to your organization's Wiveez instance.
Wiveez offers 3 roles within your Wiveez Instance:
Super-Administrator: This is the person who owns the Wiveez instance. He assumes the role of Administrator and account manager of the Wiveez instance.
Administrator:
The Wiveez Administrator can perform the following actions:
Manage rights/access:
Invite new collaborators to the Wiveez Instance;
Assign Administrator or User rights to a colleague;
Define which Products a User has access to;
Delete an Administrator or User account;
Freeze access to the Wiveez instance for an Administrator or User account;
Manage Products/Programs:
Access all Products/Programs under the Wiveez instance;
Load a new Project or a new Jira Board in Wiveez;
Create a new Program under Wiveez;
Delete a Product or Program under Wiveez;
Manage the configuration of a Product or Program under Wiveez.
User:
The user can perform the following actions:
Manage your profile;
Consult the projects to which access rights have been assigned;
Configure the projects to which he has access rights.
