Forgotten password

Any user of a Wiveez instance can reset their password.

To do this, simply select the link “Forgot your password? » or “Forgot password?” » in the authentication page.

The user accesses the email address entry page on which a password reset request will be sent.

The recipient of the request receives an email confirming the start of the password reset.

Confirming the request causes access to the Wiveez user password reset page.

Upon confirmation of compliance with the rules for entering the new password, it is validated on the user's account.

A message confirming the modification is sent to the user.
