Velocity Chart

The velocity graph tracks the status of each sprint, completed or in progress.

It includes, per sprint:

  • The sprint commitment;

  • The realized (velocity)

  • Predictability (ratio between commitment and actual)

The graph also displays the moving average velocity. It allows you to see the evolution of the velocity over time.

Predictability by sprint makes it possible to see the team's ability to keep its commitment and whether the commitment is in line with the team's ability to do (over-commitment or under-commitment).

You can select sprints to analyze on the chart.
