Roles/rights under Flow Analytics Pro

Super-Administrator

The “Super-Admin” role is unique per instance and corresponds to the owner who created the Flow Analytics Pro instance account.

The Super-Admin can:

• Manage your subscription;

• Manage your Flow Analytics Pro user profile;

• Load projects under Flow Analytics Pro, from a JIRA instance;

• Delete a JIRA project loaded in Wiveez;

• Modify the parameters of the project loaded in Flow Analytics Pro;

• Invite other users to access your instance;

• Manage the rights of users of your instance;

• Suspend a user on their instance;

• Delete access rights to its instance for a user;

• Define the projects on which the “User” profiles have consultation rights.

Administrator

The “Admin” role can be assigned to several users of an instance.

The Admin can:

• Manage your Flow Analytics Pro user profile;

• Load projects under Flow Analytics Pro, from a JIRA instance;

• Delete a JIRA project loaded in Flow Analytics Pro;

• Modify the parameters of the project loaded in Flow Analytics Pro;

• Invite other users to access your instance;

• Manage the rights of users of your instance (except the Super-Admin);

• Suspend a user on their instance (except the Super-Admin);

• Delete access rights to its instance for a user (except the Super-Admin);

• Define the projects on which the “User” profiles have consultation rights.

User

The “User” role only allows access to projects for which an access right has been defined by the Super-Admin or the Admin.

The User can:

• Manage your profile;

• Consult the projects to which access rights have been assigned;

• Configure the projects to which he has access rights.

Nota Bene

The Jira Add-On version, available on the Atlassian marketplace, does not allow you to manage roles under Flow Analytics Pro. All users have access to all projects loaded under Flow Analytics Pro.
