The Lead Time analysis page is accessible via the analysis menu or directly from the dashboard.

The Lead Time analysis page allows you to study the following elements:

  • The minimum Lead Time measured, the maximum Lead Time measured and the median Lead Time;

  • Breakdown of Lead Time by time period:

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Lead Time is less than 1 day;

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Lead Time is between 1 and 7 days;

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Lead Time is between 7 and 30 days;

    • The number and percentage of tickets with Lead Time greater than 30 days.

  • For each category of period, you can consult the list of tickets concerned

  • For each period category, you can also analyze the distribution of tickets by type, priority, version or label.

Lead Time can be analyzed on the product, version, feature and label dashboard.

You can also access the Flow Time Histogram
