The product overview dashboard contains a summary of product information:

  • the status state of the product product’s backlog:

    • How how many items issues are in the TODO categorya “To Do” status ;How

    • how many items issues are in the WORK IN PROGRESS categoryan “In Progress” status ;How

    • how many items issues are in the DONE categorya “Done” status ;

    • How how many items issues are BLOCKED (Jira flag at ONblocked (flagged).

  • Total total progress in purcentpercentage ;

  • List of current itemsin progress issues list ;Sprint

Each item is selectable and allows you to display its indicator sheet

  • Lead Time: Time spent by the ticket on the Wiveez workflow;

  • Reaction Time: Time spent by the ticket with backlog state (“To Do”, “In Progress”, “Done” and blocked issues count) of each type.

In issues list, you can click an issue to display its summary card in a modal window. It shows indicators, information (creation, type, sprint(s), feature…) and its computed traversal of the Wiveez’s workflow.

In the workflow, you can see the computed time spent in each status. You can also switch to see the time distribution with the ratio percentage.

On the top right, you can click the button to show the issue’s information in Jira.

The issue summary card indicators are:

  • Lead Time: time spent on the Wiveez’s workflow (between first “To Do” status and first “Done” status).

  • Reaction Time: time spent between entry into the workflow (TODOfirst “To Do” status) and a ticket the first processing step status (IN PROGRESS“In Progress”);.

  • Cycle Time: Time the ticket time spent on the processing steps status (IN PROGRESS“In Progress”) until the end step (DONE);it has complete (first “Done” status).

  • Efficiency: Percentage percentage of ticket time spent on active Wiveez Wiveez’s workflow stepsstatuses ;

  • Workflow: Date date and time spent on each step status of the Wiveez workflow, in duration and or in ratio percentage (using “Distribution” mode).
