The Throughput analysis page is accessible via the analysis menu or directly from the dashboard.
The Throughput analysis page allows you to study the following elements:
The average number of incoming tickets per day in the system;
The average number of outgoing tickets per day in the system
When there are more tickets entering than tickets leaving the system, this causes an increase in the outstanding amount and a risk of an increase in Lead Time and a drop in throughput.
The breakdown of completed tickets by:
Issue Type;
Priority;
Feature;
Version;
Label.
Throughput can be analyzed on the product, version, feature and label dashboard.
