Super Administrator profile

The "Super-Admin" role is unique per instance and corresponds to the owner who created the Wiveez instance account.

 

The Super-Admin can:

  • Manage its subscription;

  • Manage their Wiveez user profile;

  • Load projects under Wiveez, from a JIRA instance;

  • Delete a JIRA project loaded under Wiveez;

  • Modify the settings of the loaded project under Wiveez;

  • Invite other users to access its instance;

  • Manage the rights of users of its instance;

  • Suspend a user on his instance;

  • Remove access rights to its instance for a user;

  • Define the projects on which the "User" profiles have a view right.

Admin profil

The "Admin" role can be assigned to multiple users of an instance.

 

The Admin can :

  • Manage their Wiveez user profile;

  • Load projects under Wiveez, from a JIRA instance;

  • Delete a JIRA project loaded under Wiveez;

  • Modify the settings of the loaded project under Wiveez;

  • Invite other users to access its instance;

  • Manage the rights of users of his instance (except Super-Admin);

  • Suspend a user on their instance (except Super-Admin);

  • Remove access rights to its instance for a user (except Super-Admin);

  • Define the projects on which the "User" profiles have a view right.

User profile

The "User" role only allows consultation access, on projects for which a consultation right has been defined by the Super-Admin or the Admin.

 

The User can:

  • Manage is account;

  • Consult the projects on which an access right has been assigned;

  • Configure the favorites page of the projects on which he has consultation rights.
