Products Portfolio

Already loaded products

The portfolio shows you the products you loaded in Wiveez. A product is a project or an Agile board in Jira.

Open

Each of the products is represented by a label containing identifying information:

• product name ;

• percentage of progress of the product backlog ;

• number of issues in a status of the “To Do” category of the workflow ;

• number of issues in a status of the “In Progress” (WIP) category of the workflow ;

• number of issues in a status of the “Done” category of the workflow.

If your rights allow it, you can delete the product from Wiveez, via the contextual menu. It does not change anything to your project in your Jira Cloud server.

Open

You can use this context menu to open the product. A click on the title also allows it.

If your product (project or Agile board) has a very long name, the name will be truncated and an ellipsis will appear at the end of the name. You can click on these dots to display the full name.

Loading a new product

If you want to add a new product to Wiveez, you need to click on the button with the "+" icon on the main bar (on the left of the screen).

You will then be in the import wizard, detailed on the page Load a project or an Agile board into Wiveez (create a new product) .
