The Aging chart allows you to display tickets, to be done or in process, with the time since which they have been present in the workflow.

This chart is ideal for identifying tickets that have been in the workflow for too long and allowing the team to make decisions on how to complete the ticket as quickly as possible, so as not to impact Flow Time and the throughput.

You can apply a throughput tracking filter to your tickets by:

• Version;

• Label;

• List of to do steps and in progress steps;

• Issue-Type;

• Blocked issue-type;

The graph also offers the following options:

• export an image of the chart in png, jpg, svg or pdf format

• export data in json, csv, xlsx, html or pdf format

• print the chart.

The graph is also associated with a summary table.
