The Reaction Time analysis page is accessible via the analysis menu or directly from the dashboard.
The Reaction Time analysis page allows you to study the following elements:
The minimum Reaction Time measured, the maximum Reaction Time measured and the median Reaction Time;
Breakdown of Reaction Time by time period:
The number and percentage of tickets whose Reaction Time is less than 1 hour;
The number and percentage of tickets whose Reaction Time is between 1 and 4 hours;
The number and percentage of tickets whose Reaction Time is between 4 and 8 hours;
The number and percentage of tickets with Reaction Time greater than 8 hours.
For each category of period, you can consult the list of tickets concerned
For each period category, you can also analyze the distribution of tickets by type, priority, version or label.
Reaction Time can be analyzed on the product, version, feature and label dashboard.
