The Efficiency Throughput analysis page is accessible via the analysis menu or directly from the dashboard.

The Efficiency Throughput analysis page allows you to study the following elements:

  • The minimum Efficiency measured, the maximum Efficiency measured and the median Efficiency;

  • Breakdown of Efficiency by time period:

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Efficiency is less than 15%;

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Efficiency is between 15% and 50%;

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Efficiency is between 50% and 75%;

    • The number and percentage of tickets with Efficiency greater than 75%.

  • For each category of period, you can consult the list of tickets concerned

  • For each period category, you can also analyze the distribution of tickets by type, priority, version or label.

  • average number of incoming tickets per day in the system;

  • The average number of outgoing tickets per day in the system

When there are more tickets entering than tickets leaving the system, this causes an increase in the outstanding amount and a risk of an increase in Lead Time and a drop in throughput.

The breakdown of completed tickets by:

  • Issue Type;

  • Priority;

  • Feature;

  • Version;

  • Label.

Throughput can be analyzed on the product, version, feature and label dashboard.
