The Lead Reaction Time analysis page allows you to study the following elements:

  • The minimum Lead Reaction Time measured, the maximum Lead Reaction Time measured and the median Lead Reaction Time;

  • Breakdown of Lead Reaction Time by time period:

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Lead Time is less than 1 dayhour;

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Lead Time is between 1 and 7 days4 hours;

    • The number and percentage of tickets whose Lead Time is between 7 4 and 30 days8 hours;

    • The number and percentage of tickets with Lead Time greater than 30 days8 hours.

  • For each category of period, you can consult the list of tickets concerned

  • For each period category, you can also analyze the distribution of tickets by type, priority, version or label.

Lead Reaction Time can be analyzed on the product, version, feature and label dashboard.
